1. ε-Polylysine A safe polyamino acid food preservative produced by natural microorganisms. It has over 30 years of manufacturing experience. In recent years, due to its high safety, it has been used in everyday products such as wet wipes, toothpaste, shampoos, hygiene materials, cosmetics, various cleaning agents, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. It is also applied in preventing bacterial contamination during the manufacturing process of food ingredients, utilizing its high antibacterial properties, as well as in the removal of anionic substances using the characteristics of cationic substances, and as an additive in semiconductor CMP slurries. 2.
